These Terms of Use govern your use of ravensneststorage.com, including its mobile version and the features, content, reservation tools, rental tools, payment portals, account-management tools, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is provided to assist customers with obtaining information about self-storage, reviewing unit availability and pricing, making legitimate reservations or rentals, managing accounts, making payments, contacting Raven’s Nest Self-Storage, and conducting other storage-related business. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference and explains how information collected through the Website may be collected, used, and disclosed. Certain products and services may also be governed by additional agreements, including your storage Rental Agreement, facility rules, insurance or tenant protection terms, promotional terms, or other agreements (“Additional Terms”). If these Terms of Use conflict with your Rental Agreement concerning your actual storage tenancy, the applicable Rental Agreement will govern with respect to that tenancy.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. • You will use the Website only for lawful purposes. • You will make reservations or rentals only for yourself or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. • Information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete. • You will maintain the confidentiality of any username, password, access code, or other account credentials associated with your account. Raven’s Nest Self-Storage reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Website is being used improperly or unlawfully.

3. Reservations, Rentals, Pricing and Promotions

Storage unit availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and offers displayed on the Website are subject to change and availability. Unless otherwise stated: • Promotions may apply only to selected units. • Promotional offers may be limited to new customers. • Additional fees, taxes, insurance or tenant protection charges, lock charges, administrative fees, or other charges may apply. • Unit dimensions are approximate and actual dimensions may vary. • Online pricing or promotions may differ from pricing available through other rental channels. • A reservation does not constitute a storage Rental Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise. • Storage occupancy remains subject to execution and acceptance of the applicable Rental Agreement. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that unit information, availability, pricing, and promotions displayed on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. To the extent permitted by law, Raven’s Nest Self-storage reserves the right to correct errors and modify or cancel reservations or transactions affected by incorrect pricing, availability, descriptions, or other Website information. Your executed Rental Agreement governs the terms of your storage tenancy. This distinction is important and is one of the stronger provisions contained in the Hello Storage Terms.

4. Online Accounts

Certain Website features may require you to create or access an online account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information that changes. If you believe your account or login credentials have been accessed without authorization, you should contact Raven’s Nest Self-Storage promptly. We may take reasonable measures to protect Website and account security, including requesting additional verification, restricting account access, or requiring password changes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Website in a manner that interferes with its normal operation, violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another party, or compromises the security of the Website or its users. Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information associated with Website visitors and customers. By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in our Privacy Policy. This creates the same direct relationship between the Terms and Privacy Policy that Hello Storage uses.

Telephone calls to or from Raven’s Nest Self-Storage may be monitored or recorded for purposes including customer service, training, quality assurance, security, and data tracking. When required, callers will be notified that a call may be recorded. By continuing a telephone call after receiving a recording notification, you consent to the recording, monitoring, transcription, analysis, and storage of the communication to the extent permitted by applicable law. Recorded calls may be accessed by authorized employees, contractors, service providers, or representatives when reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes. Our collection and use of information obtained through recorded calls is also subject to our Privacy Policy. This preserves the substance of Raven’s Nest's existing Digital Call Records section while making it considerably easier for customers to understand.

If you voluntarily provide Raven’s Nest Self-Storage with a telephone number, email address, or other contact information, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Subject to applicable law and any required consent, we may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you regarding matters such as: • Reservations • Rentals • Account activity • Payments • Customer service • Facility information • Account collections • Requested services • Promotional communications Where applicable, you may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Instructions provided in individual communications may provide additional methods for managing your communication preferences. Consent to receive automated marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services where prohibited by law. You agree that electronic communications, disclosures, notices, and other records may satisfy requirements that communications be provided in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material appearing on the Website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may provide Raven’s Nest Self-Storage with written notice identifying: 1.
